One of the worst vet ever! Don’t bring your pets here. My puppy wasn’t well and I walked into the clinic. A receptionist attended to us, very slow and lazy. I told her it’s a bit urgent and I’ll need to see the doctor. This was past 10am, they’re already open and there is no one in the clinic. I was told to wait until 11.30am because they claimed to have many patients and I SEE NO ONE. Why was it so difficult to attend to me first? In fact I mentioned it was urgent and since I live nearby this is the most convenient clinic for me. When I mentioned the word it’s quite urgent because my puppy has been vomiting all night and is super weak, she told me “if it’s an emergency go to a hospital”. Super disappointed. Why call yourselves a vet if you don’t love animals and have no heart. PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. THEY’RE HEARTLESS

My first time going to VPAC and I was amaze at how friendly the vets are. Their willingness to help and answer all your questions on your pets well-being. They were very patient and professional. And they are not those types on vets who are money hungry and force you to do the test right there and then. They will take the time to explain the reason for the test and etc. Overall my experience is good.

Mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, they were very good handling my cat when I took her in for spaying. Procedures were explained very well, and risks involved. They were also very gentle handling her. On the other hand, its totally a money making vet. There’s always the “hidden cost” that comes after every explanation. For example, one would thing that the plastic collar they put on the pet after spaying should come together as part of the treatment you’re paying for, but that was additional cost. And so was every other additional spending. On one hand, when first asked the 1 night boarding was 40, the next second it became 45. The pet litter is one second 23, the next 27. You take your pet in for spaying to pay rm 200, you come out paying rm 300. In a nutshell, service is good, BUT i wouldn’t go back there cause good service can be found in a lot of places but the “oops you need to pay for this in addition” feeling doesnt leave a pleasant experience.

One of the best vets I’ve ever been to. The attention to detail on my cat was impressive. The vet who saw me was caring and professional, and left no stone unturned to ensure everything was checked. Highly recommend!!

Would give 7 stars if I could. A real gem within the local veterinary scene - great vets, clean premises (even their boarding rooms at the back!), and really well equipped clinic (blood, urine, xray, ultrasound) Dr. Lee Jin Ee (Jin) was extremely caring and thoughtful to my 8 year old dog. Initially planned to do scaling that involves GA, she suggested to do a couple of tests before proceeding with the anaesthesia. The tests revealed some underlying symptoms that went unnoticed through the years. Other than the usual lab tests, Dr Jin showed great patience and went far beyond the extra mile to be explaining to me what each results meant and what risks it could bring, before giving me space to think of the next steps. Extremely thankful to have someone as thoughtful and meticulous as her to be seeing my fur bud. You know who to go to if you need a helping hand :) p/s there’s ample parking space at the back alley!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! This was my first visit to a vet, and I was so thrilled with the service, professionalism and the genuine love that the staff and vets show during my entire visit. Even though I was quite late for my reservation (i feel bad as it was near closing hours), the female doctor was still very passionate in answering my doubts about my 1 month old rescue kitten. Extremely grateful for taking the time to give advice and info genuinely. I will definitely stick with this vet clinic, and my friend who recommended me here also says her male vet is really good too.
