★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and rude especially staff name Santhi. The parcel I dropped there got problem but none of their staff informed me , when I went there to find out the problem the staff Santhi rudely replied why I came during lunch time and asked me to whatapp them. When I whatapp to check them the status of parcel, the staff asked me to come back again to find out my mistake and not keen to let me know the problem. Never drop the parcel there anymore, not responsible staff.
