★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The business strategy is weird and to me not really favorable. At first quote the tyre at 300+... Then I said put spare tyre and I find other. The price can drop to 200+. Which similar to a simple search.
To the owner of this business, nowadays price can be roughly know from internet and a few messages. This practice will just destroy your business.
Found another things. Your worker does not know what is the Yellow Dot marking on Tyre. They installed it wrongly.
