★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I send my bmw e39 was meant to solve the issue, not "improvement" as the counter service mentioned. Second time service, after replacing the VANOS part, the engine vibration is alot worst before replacing the VANOS part.
In terms of professionalism, mannerism is good but knowledgeable to solve the issue is not there. Lacking of proper analysis of the issue rather speaking with ideas and predictions.
Not the right way to go about with the customer. At the end of the day, the cost of charges seem to go on and go on until no end. Draining out time and cost factor for the customer.
If the issue has been accurately analysed then as a customer don't mind paying. But as for my experience, it does not happen that way. I wouldn't want to continue with this service and paying for their idea and predictions as they mentioned to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely professional and seamless service experience! My lil beemer was attended to in a very speedy manner and the staff were very attentive to my needs. The waiting lounge is also comfortable. Most importantly I felt safe (this is a huge consideration for me as some service centres feel very dodgy and a female like myself might not be comfortable waiting).
