★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here twice to change parts. They accept outside parts. Only pay labour but due note there is no warranty on Topspeed
Overall recommended. Even pump my tires for an engine parts swap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to service my car here. I do not want to comment for parts and service charged here but I would like to commend the inflexibility of their shop supervisor, Ling. My car was broken down in front of my shop and I called Ling. My shop was just a few shop lots away from them. Ling told me that it is their policy where he could not go out from shop. I understand that the shop may need his supervision and handle some urgent and ad hoc matters. But my shop was so near and it take him less than 1 minute to walk back to topspeed!!! Since this incident, I changed the service workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car’s aircon had a leakage issue, went there to fix it and they charge me RM1500++ Which was ridiculously expensive??? Im pretty sure i got scammed
Not only that, when i take back my car, there were scratches everywhere and some parts of my car wasn’t working. Went there AGAIN to let them touch up the scratches but some parts cannot be touched up..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant environment/air-conditioned waiting area. But I don't like their service! They charged me Rm60 just to check my car computer setting and it's just 5min work- Less than 5min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt like being scammed. 1st visit bought my car in because of loud noise, they said it was X problems (plural) so I spent RM500+ to fix it. Not even 1 week later car noise getting louder. Record a video of the sound to go for 2nd visit. They said it was Y problems so I spent around RM1,600+ to fix it. Again not even 1 week later car makes EVEN LOUDER NOISE to the point driving makes it feel dangerous. Went for a 3rd visit, said it was Z problem but went on to fix another part that is not urgent to be fixed. Costed around RM600+. Almost RM3k all within the span of 1 month. FYI, the real problem of the car was actually ‘Z’, which was a problem that I’ve supposedly gotten fixed here at Top Speed less than 2 years ago & even replaced using original parts

An area of improvement needed fast, to avoid haggling. I hate it when you feel that the price quoted were already over the limit. 1star. Please improve.
