โ โ โ โ โ Unreliable and unhelpful. Today my wife visited the Coach watches store to request for a shortening of the watch strap to fit her wrist. This was a watch gifted by her colleagues in July 2020 but the wrist strap was too long.
The counter girl who received the watch from my wife told her to return in an hour for the wrist strap shortening to be completed. We went to do some shopping in mid valley megamall and return after one and half hours but was told by the girl that they won't be doing the strap shortening as they don't want to be responsible if the strap broke or damage during the shortening.
What an unreasonable excuse given. Don't the shop do strap shortening for most watches sold at the store ? And why only tell my wife after one and half hours.
By the way, this was my wife's second attempt to shorten the wrist strap at the store. She went there last Saturday but was told they don't do strap shortening during weekends because many customers. What a lame excuse.
