β β β β β Bought a Toshiba washing machine here with additional cost for the extended warranty. After 2 years, it's broken in end of Nov 2018. Report to Courts, they told me to deal by myself with RITAK EELECTRONIC SC (06-7611271). Later, a guy came to check & asked my mom to sign a document. She signed. I wasn't at home. Working. In Dis 18 I called them but told to wait till Jan 19. Now already Feb 19 still no news. When asked them for a date to come and repair, they can't give it. So frustrated. Terrible experience. Courts seems don't care about this. What they want is our money only. It's an extended warranty scam for me. After CNY I will report this to KPDNKK. Hope they can do something.
