★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarenteen here is like paying money but staying in the jail
No wifi or internet porvided here they will just promote you to buy a new sim card but not solving it.
Reception contact to medical team is totally inefficient. I'm reaching the doctor after spamming calls for 20hours.
Food portion is less and salty. Mostly served in cold.
Toilet hygiene is terrible. The bathing water coming out yellowish. After asking to clean up bathtub and toilet bowl only gets better.
Only things that acceptable is comfort bed to sleep.

I do not understand bahasa Malay ,English chanel will be most useful...and more stable /strong signal wifi please..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, they hang up in the middle of calls. NO WIFI CONNECTION AT ALL, If you’re working/ studying dont quarantine here. CLEANLINESS 3/10. OVERPRICED for a budget hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is out, as I am staying here for quarantine. The wifi isn’t work at all due to full house as receptionist mentioned to us. I did complaint for the room door can’t lock and they said just lock using the door latch only, it is not safety at all.
The meals they only provided foods no drink.
Tv channel, no signal and I can watch tv3, tv2,tv8 & didik tv only.
The toilet is not hygiene at all, I have to take a shower by leaning on the wall because of the shower is not a rainfall shower type.
The window, I can hear the transportation vehicles, and it’s not soundproof
For those who arrived in Malaysia , do not choose this hotel as for quarantine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for someone else and already paid for it upon counter. Somehow the person should stay at this hotel not coming due to personal reason. Hotel called me around 1.40am just to ask if im coming or not. 1.40am? Calling your customer? Really? Not professional at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my stay here. Not the newest hotel out there for sure, but for the price we paid, it can't be beat. The mall next door is a treat. We would stay here again, unless we find something closer to the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I'd call hotel many times just for refund but they keep passing me to other number & no one is picking up the phone. They mention 21days for refund extra money that i paid but untill now its already 3weeks late. When booking have to pay full amount 7days for quarantine person. My dad also mention food is tasteless. Atleast every department especially refund & booking department take responsibility to handle any cases. Just because other hotel is fully book my dad had to stay here. No wonder why its still available. IT'S BECAUSE THEIR BAD SERVICES.
