★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We celeberated our daughter's 1st year Birthday yesterday at Arte@66 Restaurant and Bar. The Service and experience provided by the Director, Mr Sam and his staff was exceptional. They were friendly and extremely helpful. My guests and family were mesmerised with the entire experience for the day. Arte@66 is definitely the recommend place for an amazing dining and relaxing experience. Once again brilliant job Mr Sam and team and Thank You once again for all that you have done to make my daughter's first birthday a sweet and memorable one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff named Liza welcome with a great smile and well attended with coffee offering, it was served in a perfect
temperature and taste great. Selection was very good
and fresh. She went on to introduce the restaurants set menu and nearby restaurant from the arte now i know where to go a
for nice dim sum on a Sunday afternoon. She who gracefully thanked and wishing me to
come back again, which i will with my friends. Overall
wonderful experience at this new hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than a hotel, this is art alive.
The reception was great and the rooms, modern, comfortable with top end furnishing all through.
Everywhere in this hotel, you can see the touch of careful selection of colours and pieces, nothing here is hurriedly put together.
The dining room will take your breath away, almost like being 8n the Sistene Chapel in the Vatican. Almost. The breakfast meals are well presented but, when not the buffet, not a sizable enough portion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re fortunate enough to get the opportunity to stay here, I’d highly recommend it.
During my stay, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Echoing many of the other 5 star reviews, the service as fantastic from check in to check out. Also, special credit to Mr. Adrian from customer service who had been kind throughout everything.
The room was amazing, very spectacular Parisian design for Instagram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed the view from my room in the 40th floor. It has two different pools, I particularly liked the Sky pool better, but both are beautiful. The rooms was nice with all the necessities, a washing/drying machine, iron, stove, microwave, fridge and TV with Netflix. It doesn't have a buffet breakfast, but the food served was more than generous and delicious, with plentiful options and many extras. There's also a convenience store with anything you might need. A great hotel overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best friend and I had drinks at the bar in Arte by Thomas Chan a couple of months ago. From the moment we walked in, we were both in awe of the gorgeous interior decor. We ordered a few drinks and they were all very delicious. We loved the fancy cups!
Special mention to the bartender/waiter who served us that night. Thank you for accommodating to our odd whims and requests (and also, thank you for the shot on the house!).
I have nothing but good things to say about Arte by Thomas Chan! I would really recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part about staying here apart from the spectacular deco is that it was extremely relaxing and so comfortable. The room was equipped with all basic amenities, including a coffee maker, bathrobes, slippers, etc. The swimming pool was great for kids, and staff at the reception was very helpful. Only downside was the breakfast, if this was improved it would have been the best stay for me at any hotel i have visited by far. However, this was made up as we were allowed to bring up food to our room for our kids. Will definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We initially booked LOUIE IV but upgraded to LOUIS II for the 2 bathrooms. But one of them had no hot water and another had a strong sewer smell at night. The engineer addressed the first issue and also replaced the battery of the faulty safety box.
The lifts were a bit of a hassle with long waiting time so room services were expected to be slow. Breakfast selections could also be improved.
The valet was rather rude and unfriendly. We were told that we would receive free valet parking but the valet rejected us at first and told us to park the car ourselves, but signalled for us to come back after checking his list of car plate numbers. We were never greeted nor helped with the suitcases throughout our stay while using his service.
The decor and design were, however, worth the hassles listed above. The best part was the friendliness and professionalism of Mr Adrian from the front desk. We received a warm welcome from him and he greeted us with his warm personality every time we saw him. We would see him at 9:30am and then again at 10pm. We joked that he never stops working and lives in the hotel. Thank you Adrian, for improving our experience overall. :)
