β β β β β Been here second time and all doctors are so helpful and answered my questions professionally. shop attendance is helpful too. Hope coco will get well soon after the treatment. ? She finished every kibbles recommended by the doc even took her medicine and slept like a baby after the doterra lavender essential oil

β β β β β This is the second year that my elderly Shih Tzu is a patient at Cuddles veterinary hospital. Previously I brought her to Grace vet for the past 8++ years. For Cuddles, I like the location and the non-judgemental attitude of the staff. My dog takes her medicine everyday and has annual checkups so no need for the guilt trip on why I didn't act sooner from Grace vet. Anyhow the rotation of doctors is something of concern for me as I've never seen the same doctor twice for the times my dog was there. I emailed her medical records when I transferred my dog to Cuddles but I need to reiterate her medical conditions over and over again because nobody knew about her ailments so now I just bring all her blood tests and ultrasound images to the clinic. There are also very new doctors who can't draw blood from a docile dog (last year and thisyear). The girl jabbed my dog a few times before I requested for a change of doctor.
She said my dog's skin is loose, more like her brain is loose. No apologies, no admission of mistake , nothing. Consultation was alright after the change of dr, so be mindful that u have to choose doctors when you make an appointment. Overall it's decent but not excellent nor was I convinced that I need to do a major surgery on my elderly dog.

β β β β β Friendly and helpful vets. The staffs are helpful and polite. They are the family drs for our 2 doggies. Usually the waiting time isn't very long even for walk-ins. Definitely one of the best in Penang.

β β β β β Wonderful staff, Dr Jeanne has been a very caring dr, she called to checked on my kitten to see if she was doing ok and given me useful advice. Thanks to her my all my babies are doing great now. Strongly recommend here, they give best service and price I would say ?

β β β β β All the staff here are pet lovers. The vet is so pretty, friendly and very sweet to my 2 dogs. She was quick and accurate in diagnosing their ear issues.
Even helped to check their overall condition to see if anything is amiss.
