The coaches are friendly and motivate you to workout and be healthy.
The circuit training mixed of strenght and cardio which really suitable for me. After 10 sessions, a small chip will be given to you. This chip will record the amount of strength, reps, calories and movement that you used at the machines. You will be able to see which body parts that you need to strengthen more.
The best part is, the chip will measure your capabilities and will increase the level of weight and reps for you to continuously improve the quality of your exercise.
Extra note:
Clean environment i.e. the studio, changing room and toilets ???
