β β β β β Just recently I've moved in on Feb 2021. The location is very near to MRT station - Pusat Bandar Damansara. Price for renting a year of a studio room (the benefit that you get a master bedroom with private toilet + small mini fridge+a big flat TV+queen bed with pillows blanket+working table and chair+ kettle+window to get fresh air) is affordable for me. You can look for renting via Livein site. They have 24/24 of laundry service located in basement 2 with some small fee 4.5rm is nice. No need to worry about courier delivery as there is body guard in the lobby will text note everything and getting parcels for you and keep it a save room.
Bodyguards from the outside building, in the lobby, scanning face to access the lifts go up to where you stay, and key room, CCTV everywhere. I love to stay in highly security place like this as a foreigner and not a party type so i love this. Quiet also so you can work and sleep without disturbing.
βNo real kitchen actually so be aware of this. In the lobby there are 2 microwaves to reheat your food.
Overall I'm satisfied to stay here. Hopefully I will have a whole year to stay here without disappointed to anything.

β β β β β Clean and well kept. Management staff are helpful and friendly too. No swimming pool. Have to pay hourly or daily rate to use the gym. Electricity are way too expensive even with little or no usage of in-room air conditioning.
