★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got scammed by a couple of agents after I mistakenly rented a unit here that is filled with cockroaches. The entire building is infested with cockroaches as per pest control team. I lost a lot of money as a result of renting here. Do your homework upfront before committing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay if you get a good decorated unit. Generous room but for the 2 bedroom unit, u won't get a windy ventilation and sunlight. Up to your preference. Amazing view of Bangsar and partially green jungles of Federal Hill.
My only complain is just some noise from neighbors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management and the manager of the security guys are soo terrible- no service orientation at all :( they come up with all kind of excuses while they cannot open the pool or have a table for packages (yes you cannot receive ang packages if you are not home). But allowing hundreds of airbnb guests every night to check in- mostly drinking parties- many people are sharing one apartment to party…. The surrounding is very dodgy and the air quality around the building very bad. I wouldn’t recommend to rent long term or Airbnb here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Establishment is one of my favorite places. The condo is really nice and they have huge lobby as well. The condo is integrated with MRT Station and they have few restaurants on the other side of the road, such as Nasi Kandar, 7/11, and many more. There is also a free park for someone who rents a room in this condo, I could say it's safe because I’ve parked there for a few weeks.

Some of the securities helpful and very friendly and some of them didn't smile didn't answer if you spoke to him
Also one of the receptionist didn't answer if you spoke English

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented this service apartment here for a night to celebrate with friends. We got a high floor (33rd) & had an awesome view. The unit was 2 + 2 kinda arrangement. Nice well equipped kitchen. Cleanliness however was below average. Little roaches in the bathrooms & kitchen area. Floors were sticky when we arrived. Bedding & towels had stains. The night was okay but can't imagine a longer stay.
