Cons: Unprofessional front counter staff, dental treatment not thorough
I did scaling and it took the doc only 20mins to complete and my teeth didn't feel squeaky clean, compared to my previous dentist that took almost 1 hr to finish
Suggest staff to chit chat less and focus more on customer service quality.
And what's the obsession with asking every patient "kerja apa" ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for scaling. Dr and his assistant was very nice and did a good job at identifying the problem. The scaling part hurts a bit but that because i hv a sensitive gum. Cost around RM195 a bit expensive but good service were given, no leftover. Very deep cleaning. Overall good experience. Recommended. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my scaling here. But unfortunately, I didn't feel satisfied. The session was not more than 10 minutes. Usually, when I go to another clinic, it will take around 30 minutes per session. The Dr. didn't go through my teeth one by one and the way he did was hurt?I could see that there were some plaque leftover in between of my teeth after I got back home. I was charged for RM150 which was...... the Dr was just busy promoting the braces?maybe I paid extra because of the promotion hahahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went here for a tooth extraction yesterday. the service was 100% excellent. the staff are also very nice and friendly. i love how the Dr calm me down during the process of my tooth extraction. really really recommended. definitely will come to this clinic again.
