★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property was nice, staffs were good, however, not so peaceful! C627 unit was very noisy singing with music on too loud from 10pm until past midnight. It’s very hard to reach the guard’s too. I tried calling for ten times but nobody answered until I fell asleep with a bad migraine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll give a four because the lobby is at the different building and it's pretty hard to get in since not much of guidance. Besides the building is super quiet not an issue but please make sure there's someone to guide you to your room when the guest arrive. It's been a hassle to walk around 15 minutes to find out the entrance of the building. We had to ask random strangers to find our building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. The entrance was good with comfort chairs, a bit small. The room was big, fancy, have living room and kitchen. Feels like home. But when you tried to sleep, the AC machines was so noisy, just outside the door. Not really matter if you didn't think about it. The breakfast was OK. The staff was friendly. Only when we check out, have to wait more that 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A BIG DISASTER having party animals in the middle of the night at 3 - 5 am with loud music & laughters!!! Called security few times, slow response & absolutely WEAK! Calling police could be a better option? Photo/ videos attached as proof, Block B-3-11!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to have gotten a room deal via Agoda - for the price paid am definitely happy with the accommodation, cleanliness and free parking! Would come back again if am able to get the same deals :) However, do bear in mind the development is slightly on the older side and may be confusing as there are different blocks. Both the security guards team and the hotel staff were super friendly, big thanks to them especially Ms. Alia at the front desk! Parking wise - best to park within Plaza Damas 3 @ P2/B2 as exiting the car park could be confusing from P1/B1. Parking is cashless but you are able to validate your Touch n Go at the reception desk. Room wise - quite a large space with a sizeable balcony. Would be great if they could add in patio furniture to the balcony space so guests can utilise this area more. Bed, linens and towels were clean. Do note that the bathroom shower only comes with half a glass partition only so the bathroom itself is easily wet. Appliances wise - room details stated microwave and washing machine (would have been great to have on hand!) but the room did not have any such appliances. Air conditioning was fully functioning, so was all the lighting and most importantly the water heater. Would be great if the hotel could look into slight improvements such as more plug points, balcony furniture and carpeting or rugs. Overall had a good stay, thank you Damas Suites & Residences Kuala Lumpur!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 2 bedroom apartment, living room is spacious, TV is a little too small though.
Room #1 is ok, a little run down but reasonable. With an attached bathroom, which i find it weird to have the shower positioned right beside the door. Not a single hook to hang clothes or towel.
Room #2 is very small, just a single bed basically filled up the space. No place to even open up a luggage.
Cleanliness definitely got rooms for improvement, especially when the rest of the facilities looks rundown.
Location is ok if you are driving as it's not in the center of city.
