β β β β β Room was very spacious,staff were very welcoming and attentive too...was only not so happy with the breakfast as u'd need to choose the set only and not have buffet due to still practicing social distancing

β β β β β The parking issue has screwed up the whole stay experience. Gave me a flat rate ticket RM10 for the parking, paid for it but couldn't get out. Was tossed around between the parking management office and the hotel. Running around to resolve the issue for more than 40mins. If not for the parking issue, I would have given a far better rating.

β β β β β Dishonest staff, I realised that I left my belt in the room after I checked out. Made a call back but was told that there was nothing left behind. Is this how Hyatt operate? Such a disgrace.

β β β β β Good service from the front desk all the way to housekeeping. Host crew are helpful as well. Breakfast team could be less pushy taking orders (either Asian or Western set) from the guests. Games Room can definitely further improve with more games options. Parking is well marked with instruction and direction. Big MPVs could have travel entering and leaving the basement parking tight corners. Alternatively, can park at the valet for RM40 (vs. RM10 max per entry for the basement Overall an OK experience throughout.

β β β β β Attending a workshop by our company. Rate is very reasonable and have 4 meals inclusive (Breakfast, 2 Tea breaks and Lunch) plus free flow of coffee/tea from the machine. Cik Isha is very helpful and friendly. We were well taken care of. Staff at the restaurant are also very friend. Good experience with the staff.
As for the training room, the ceiling is a bit low and place for tea breaks are a bit small. Mont Kiara view.

β β β β β All the amenities are well-equipped, so there's no inconvenience to stay. There are many shopping malls nearby, so it's good to shop.

β β β β β We loved our stay here. Rooms were adequately spacious. Breafkast was non memorable though due to covid restrictions, but there were plenty of food next door and opposite, so it was not an issue. Staff were helpful n efficient. Thanks for the hospitality.
