★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This orthodontics clinic just simply doesn’t know how to check the teeth lines and make wires..
doctor Subra poorly put bracket and my teeth line ruined even more...OMG when I couldnt even bite properly, he kept on saying it is fine.
He seldom changed the wires, he just saw my teeth and okay to go. He continued doing it during my 4 times of visit.. now I removed brackets because I couldnt see any improvement. This orthodontics needs to learn basic skils of making wires first before ruining other people’s teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with other comment from other users here. The orthodontics doctor doesn't care about his work. Yes, they are very gentle mannered but after coming home to my home city I had to get everything redone. I paid double, wasted time at this clinic. Maybe good for simple work like scaling, but for complex work go elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant experience yesterday getting my Periodontal Abcess treatment. I was professionally diagnosed and explained about the trapped calculus and the cause of large swelling. Dr Gill ran through the steps and treatment required throughout the session. Recommended Orthodontics. Trust me, you are in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like a clean and overall nice place from the outside but dont be fooled. dentist ruined my teeth because he was so damn harsh even with numbing cream applied, teeth are so sensitive now and it’s been 4 months already. Also do poor job with retainers. And they don’t understand the concept of appointments. They book you for appointment but will still make you wait 30 minutes ++.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Done my ceramic braces in this clinic few years ago.
Pros: Professional service & they had estimated my braces had to take 3 years to be done due to my super crooked teeth. However my braces was done within 1 years and 10 months and I have my perfect teeth now. I believe it was Doctor Subra’s professional’s service and with my regular check up.
Cons: Pay double here as it is excluding all kinds service fees whereas other clinic would not charge extra for some essential service fees. Second would be extra long wait here even if I had made appointment.
In a nutshell, I will recommend you to come if you have enough budget and their service would not let you down.

I told the nurse that my English and Malay speaking were not good, and I couldn’t express myself very well. And one of the nurses next to me said 'Balik ke china', and she even laughed while saying that. Educate your nurse!
