Their services are poor. The appointment has been scheduled at 10.00am and it has been delayed until 10.30am without the courtesy by their end to provide any prior notification, justification etc.
Thus i've decided to tell them that it is not appropriate to allow any patient to wait too long without knowing why and only then I've been informed that the dentist stuck in traffic jam. So professional KLIDC! better luck in your future!
