★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I one of the patients came to daya xray..there was 2 indian girls was on the phone and sooo noisy..I hope daya xray will take action the 2 indian girls..And they should learn some how to respect patients from the receptionist girl..The receptionist girl was so respectable and sooo soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMMING PLACE, explained below. No ethics at all, avoid if possible.
I came here because it was part of a compulsory health checkup for the US immigration visa. I have paid about RM1000 which covers everything including the X ray, which means I should not have to pay for anything else. However, after the the X ray, the staff (not sure if he is certified radiologic technician or not) tells me that the doctor says that there is 'something' in the X ray.
I, myself, am a medical practitioner, I'm young and I just took one not long ago, so I'm sure there is no way there could be anything. I requested to see the X ray and didn't see anything too. Unfortunately, they still forced me to pay a fee to take another X ray for "clearer view". The doctor didn't even come out to talk to me for one second. You could see that the doctor, x-ray technician and receptionist all knew it was all a lie.
When the day came for my US visa, I met 2 young men and to my surprise (or I guess I'm not all that surprised), they were also told by this clinic that their X rays were not clear and they had to re take it.
I am writing not because of the money I have to pay. I want everyone to know that it is unethical to expose patients with unnecessary radiation for personal gain. You guys have sworn to put patients interest first and should be ashamed of yourselves. Rascal people and "specialist centre".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called the clinic to ask for iopa xray either its available or not. I cant even explain fully they just declined the call. So rude and unethical. You should hire new staff for customer service i guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to check if their operating hours were affected by MCO and the lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional. However, this can’t be said to one of the receptionists at the clinic who was constantly talking loudly on the phone.
Pro: I finished my x-ray scan in less than 30 minutes as there were no other patients (maybe due to MCO).
Con: I was a bit uncomfortable throughout as the technician was unfriendly and impatient when giving instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to bring my son to the clinic in the morning since was told that scanning only available in the morning. My son had to skip school.
Another thing, the receptionist must learn to communicate properly. Tell patient clearly whether to do fasting or not before they come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very convenient.I went to the clinic around 10 and was done in less than an hour.It was in a old run-down building full of worn out furniture.
I was a little hesitant at first after reading all the bad reviews but when i went there,it was different.
The lady who did my x-ray was very jovial,polite and helpful.We had a light conversation throughout the process.It calm me down a little.
Even the front-desk lady was nice.
By end of the day,treat them how you want to be treated.
