★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is most terrible hotel management I've ever encountered. Que for 2 hours to get my room key at 5:30pm & advised to check-out earlier at 10am to avoid lift jam. During peak season insufficient lift for guest!!! Never ever come back again!!!
