β β β β β Not very clean, the Indian dentist was working that day, he had a client prior to me, immediately after he settled that client before me , he called me in, I pray to God he sterilised his instruments or used different instruments, he asked the assistant to change the water in the cup she didn't wash the cup with soap she just put water in that cup (the cup you need to rinse your mouth in) very terrible hygiene, I doubt the Dr changed his gloves, I'm really praying he cleaned the instruments properly I feel like reporting this but I'm not sure how.

β β β β β If you wish to go, please go in the afternoon session where Dr Rohani is available. Morning session - crappy doctor, talk nonsense, and charge me for xray which he insists to do to know more on my problem. And the after effect of xray is bad - as the film is pushing right on your gum. Old time xray technique. Wont return absolutely

β β β β β I possible i dont want to give any star.. Very very very bad service even worst then goverment..
He do the cleaning without asking.
Cleaning is not clean (even not offer me to kumur after done clean, i need to ask to kumur. What the hack!!)
During filling, i need to wait for few min (with mouth open n full with water) while waiting for his helper to get the tools.
My wife's filling also peal off after 2 hours..
Please dont go here..

β β β β β Been here for wisdom tooth removal. Come during PM time for Dr Rohani. Totally awesome bc I actually need a surgery to remove the tooth but she managed to extract it normally. Thank you so much Dr. Absolutely will visit again next time!

β β β β β The dentist did shoddy job filling up my tooth. My filling broke out after 2 days with a gap underneath. While the price is RM80 per surface i was charged RM120 because my cavity is too big. I would expect better work for the prices.

β β β β β overall experience is incredibly bad. went to fo self legating braces, so my experience is different from other patient's. though its affordable, I don't trust their hygiene or the doctor. from the beginning itself she was very rough (unprofessional compared to other dentists) and messy. she judged me very negatively when I voice out my fear, always stressing the fact that my tolerance to "pain" is so low when it was my fear for her lousy craftsmanship. I was even traumatised once as she was grinding down my teeth and my teeth go incredibly sensitive to the cold. I started crying and screamed because she didn't stop but pinned me down instead. she continued to threaten to inject anaesthesia. When I newly started the braces, she grinned my teeth and spotted a hole in me teeth. It might be a cavity but I have a hunch that it was from an accident caused by her while grinding my teeth, though that's a complete assumption. Now I have dark grey coloured filling on my teeth, thank god it's not that visible. I completed over a year of the braces with her, and every single time I'd cry after because I don't trust what she does. On several instances, she has placed my braces brackets in very obviously wrong positions! I sometimes have to go back the next day and she act as if it was normal to make such a mistake. I've had it with her, and went to double check what's being done with my teeth with another dentist. The new dentist said that she grinned my teeth down into very weird unnatural shapes and the bracket positions are all wrong. I got it removed on the day itself with the new dentist. I'm never ever going back. My suggestion? try someone more professionally skilled. paying less by going here is risking permanent damage to your teeth. good luck
