★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officer there are very helpful. The department is abit quite because they more involve in Selangor animal abuse case and licensing of farm production.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Animal abuse especially on dogs happens every second. Officers can join the Stray animal group to monitor certain cases and take action even without having to report.
My experience is DVS gives cruel people 3 days to remedy the situation will just give chance to torture and in the second visit, the cruel ppl will tell the dog is adopted. Some not even give the investigation report.
And then the case closed.
Isn't the responsibility of DVS to further investigate?
This will not stop the abuse .The abuse cycle will continue only .
