★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vet was friendly and patient. Took her time to explain the details and give recommendations. When i was uncontactable for the blood test result in subsequent days, the vet dropped an sms to inform on the result.
It was generally a good experience. Just that the clinic is a little narrow (with multiple customers), and sometimes the worker going in and out of the consultation room - causes some distraction. You can see its definitely a popular place with many locals visiting with their pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic to claim my dog's remains 2 days after his death. He was wrapped properly in a black plastic bag, i didn't check throughly & left straight away. Before the burial, i opened the plastic bag to say goodbye to my dog for one last time. To my surprise, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG DOG! So I went back to the clinic again and all i got was a sincere apology... it makes me wonder how troublesome/difficult was it to label the pets remains. Just because they are not human being? Didnt i pay enough for the service???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting an appointment is really tough like literally every time. They always occupied and give like 1 to 2 weeks waiting time. Never consider the seriousness of ill and no sense of emergencies. The doctors are good but the clinic is very poorly administered. Quite disappointed with the call receptionist who always claim that their clinic has no slots for the whole week. Please learn on how to manage a clinic properly. Being an established Vet, it is important to allocate emergency slots in a day or at least few times in a week to ensure you able to cater those.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While it can be understood that the clinic has a tight schedule, it is ridiculous that the receptionist is rigid and not showing flexibility by case. the doctor's are not accessible, and hence not the best place to follow up. better to look for other clinic's that can be more accommodating within reason .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in this clinic. Their business so good until the staff attitude is so worse and don’t care about loosing customer. I’m in servicing line too, I’m hardly give bad review because I understand it is not easy in servicing. But this is my 2nd time to experience this bad service. Really not recommend to pay a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted express my gratitude to all the staffs at Yap animal clinic. They were all very attentive and observant. I have sent my precious dog for scaling and one day my dog ran out without noticing. There was a kind lady took my dog to the clinic, and the staffs there recognise my dog and gave me a call. Thank god and really thanks to the staffs and doctors and the kind lady. ???❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rudest Vet (Dr.Yap) I have encountered here, no wonder the customer service are equally rude as the owner. I'm sure they choose to whom they want to be nice too, only if you have a special breed dog and willing to pay for whatever amount they charge you. Obviously not all pet's lives matter to you as you don't treat a mongrel the same way you treat your rich dogs. I had to visit another clinic to follow up (which im very much glad to do) after the poor treatment and customer service they provide. Everything is about money to them. Definitely not recommending this clinic to animal lovers. There are few lovely clinics around Klang. My bad I came to this one.
