Brought my puppy to this clinic. The doctor (malay lady forgot her name) she was soo nice and caring when she was handling my dog. They only provide basic consultation for dogs, but they can complete vaccination for dogs(on appointment basis). She also suggested some place for surgical procedure as they don't do it there. Otherwise I'm so happy, she was gentle and caring towards my puppy.

This clinic has provided excellent care and treatment for my cat Shakthi, who had feline leukaemia, since she’s two months old, she’s severely immuno-compressed and always contracts even fatal diseases as a complication, like parvo, bacterial infections, flu, skin disease and so. We’re really worried as even minor strains can cause her severe gastrointestinal infections, severe hair loss etc, and she can get critically ill if didn’t receive treatment on time. But hats off to the doctors and their efficient medicine, she survived most of it, until the recent days. She grew extremely weak and her body couldn’t accept the meds or supplements anymore, However they still did their best with giving her IV drips and prolonging her good days. but god loves her more, she succumbed to jaundice on 30 Dec. I really appreciate the entire team for their tireless service and care for our Shakthi throughout the times, even as it got tough. We do personally feel to thank the Drs who attended Shakthi in the time we really need and provide the best consultation. Would really recommend this clinic to all pet lovers, their medicine quality is phenomenal, pricing also okay.

I wanted to sent my cat today, but before I simply went there I contacted the vet three times and received no response. I decided to went ahead, because my cat is really sick. As I arrived, I entered and I inquired if I could still send my cat he simply said no. Then I respond with "Oh saya call takda orang angkat pun" to which he rudely reply with "Tak cukup staff takda siapa nak angkat call". That is not my responsibility that you don't have enough staff, I understand that you are short on staff, but could you at least answer the phone call if you know your vet won't be able to treat cats on that day. So people will know and not waste their time coming to receive that kind of attitude. Anyway, it’s the guy who sits at the front desk. Just wanna share, I brought all of my cats here, 3 of them died because of the doctor incorrect advice. There’s one time when I took my pregnant cat here to have a further checkup after she gave birth to see whether there’s still baby inside her belly, one of the doctor told me no. Turns out that, there are still two kitties and she had to undergo surgery and the doctor (different vet) had to neuter her if not she won’t make it because one of the babies was still in her tummy and the other one was about to come out but was stuck, suffocated and ended up died. Both kittens died. I can’t deny the fact that, the doctor is super friendly but please, tell the guy to improve his attitude. Thank you.

One of the best vets ever! They’re open everyday except for public holidays. Really excellent doctors and service by their team. Excellent care for your pets, even when there is no longer a chance.

Walked in to the clinic to get my very senior cat vaccinated, the Doctor was super nice and answered all my questions (had a lot of questions as it's my first time adopting a stray cat). She was also very gentle with my cat! I also asked advice on whether it's okay to neuter my senior cat and the Doctor gave an honest thoughts on the complications (just like how there are complications on surgery procedures on human) of which I'm very thankful of for the honest advice. Praying that the neutering procedure goes well! They might not be much responsive towards whatsapp as they're kinda busy-- I saw that at the clinic myself but overall, I had a good experience getting my cat vaccinated there.

My favourite vet. Since pandemic you are only allowed leave your pets and collect them later, which I find convenient. The doctor either will call or meet you personally to explain the situation. So far I find them able to diagnose accurately and solve all the issues. Price is very reasonable. Recommended.
