★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give zero stars. Was trying to get the appointment and asked what brand of the so called FDA-approved product they use. Both phone operators refused to disclose that information claiming it’s their company policy. Is it, really? You expect a patient to sign a consent form without providing full information of the product you are going to use/inject? I don’t think you use a legal product then if you are so scared to mention the brand name. The operator disconnected on me when I insisted on the true reason she is withholding the information. Something dodgy with that place. Wouldn’t trust it if I were you. Edit: nobody ever mentioned on the phone that I would need to come to the clinic to get the information of the products being used. Nevertheless, that still shows some weird practices and wasting a potential client time. If you keep a telephone line just to book the appointment and nothing more it only shows your lack of respect to people time. Secondly, we are not in a kindergarten that I would be scolding anyone. I am just voicing my honest opinion and concern about your place which doesn’t seem professional.
