★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service over the cyber counter overall is okay. My parcel sent out to penang & muar both arrived safely within time. But the service of skynet permatang pauh is terrible. They not even came up or give a call if they didnt find the house. Suddenly just leave a note to pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel had arrived at the Cyberjaya hub for 5 days and was not sent out until I contacted them. They informed that the rider will deliver it today but to no avail. Contacted them the next day and they said the delivery man had encountered some problem when doing the delivery. But I did not receive any call. I then decided to just pick my parcel from the J&T center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is SkyNet never had a decent service ever? Every single time, there's a problem if I'm receiving a parcel that the courier is f'ing SkyNet!
If someone sends you a parcel/deliver via SkyNet, that parcel will stay here for at least a week! Why? Because the people here are incompetent?
So, track you parcel/delivery, if the courier is SkyNet, just f'ing pick it up here. J&T Express Cyberjaya is way for better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service by Skynet. They constantly use the same excuse (NOT ENOUGH MANPOWER) whenever being questioned about why the parcel is stagnant in Cyberjaya hub.
1. Poor customer service skills. Like really poor.
2. Backdated delivery.
Will they try to improve? Doubt so if this type of mentality and work attitude is maintained.

Overall experience with Cyberjaya branch was smooth.
Self collected from their office since it was urgent.
