โ โ โ โ โ Booked a room through booking.com and received a confirmation email. Did call and talk to the receptionist. He did mention my name which means he received the reservation notification but when I came to the hotel, he said all rooms are full. No more room for me!! When I mentioned my name and showed him the email he said he never send it, never answer the call. Maybe other person answer the call but still he did not want to check his email or whatsoever I donโt know ??โโ๏ธ Btw I just called him one hour before I came. Cepat betul dia lupa. I will never come here anymore. Bad service ????
