โ โ โ โ โ bit out of maintenance. Poor privacy, poor counter services.best insecure area. 2nd is the KTV lounge. A lot of couple will stay here for 1 night.
There are not suitable for family group to stay here and the staff attitude is super bad.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice little budget hotel with comfy bed with clean bathroom. But, the wall is too thin as u can hear even the person next door so much hanging a hanger or walking around their room. Only 1 channel that is properly broadcast. And worker at the counter divide attention to your question while watching / listening on their phone.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff attitude is terrible. The bathtub with jacuzzi is malfunction and yet not informing the guest only inform when arrive. Totally not worth the value of money for this kind of terrible service attitude.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel is clean but they way they post photos it's not like that so before you book please check with property as per their room price you can go for better that this choice the price is not worth it for this hotel .... they are not providing anything even water bottle as well ...you have pay for everything or else you have to bring your self ....

Stayed there, didnt know i got left out clothes in the room. The owner DIDNT EVEN WANNA SPEND SOME TIME TO CALL hey is that your thing do you still want it. I believe all other hotel do call us if we have leftover stuff
Called to complained and she got angry and hung me up. lousy hotel to stay
If you wan good internet access too don stay there, high latency

โ โ โ โ โ The male receptionist at least has a courtesy to call me 'Encik' eventhough the facial expression is not friendly but no big issue on that because it's the range of the hotel and he used to received the same type group of people that check in.The lady housekeeper is ok. The morning checkout housekeeper guy was polite and full of manners with his gesture to collect the key from me. Hats off from my side. The room is clean, mattress is soft, ambience inside the room was quiet eventhough karaoke lounge is at the same building.Its near to Lotus Hypermarket (+-) 10 mins walking distance. Towel and bedsheet is clean and I had 10 hours deep sleep before my assignment with my difficult patient this morning. As a former International Flight attendant and Physcologist now, I would say, I will come and stay in this hotel again. Based on my personal experience, even 4 stars hotels in overseas do not have this kind of mattress and ambience. Bare in mind, please bring your own water bottle since the water dispenser is near at the reception lounge. Overall, Im satisfied with the service.
