β β β β β We originally had bought a massage package for Pulau Tikus location where we used half of our package without any complaints. After MCO the beauty spa in Pulau Tikus has been closed and we were put on hold that it will open again. Then, after a few months not seeing Pulau Tikus opening again we requested the outstanding amount of of our package price back (1000RM). Carrie refused to return the money. Instead Carrie forced us to go to her spa location in Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah what meant that we had to pay almost as much as for the massage for the Grab driver. Carrie never excused to us for the inconvenience and the massage became worse each time we visited the spa in Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. The rooms were not very inviting and my massage bed was taped together. The massage staff smoked in the back next to the restroom. The toilet was full of ants. The attitude of the staff was unfriendly. After all, I cannot recommend buying a spa package for DeZorra.

β β β β β Really bad experience and bad service... they never answer the calls no matter how many times you call at different times too.... finally when u go to their shop, bad customer service... the opening hours not very accommodating too as they never open during public holidays and weekends short hours too... if that's the case, might as well just close shop and don't do this beauty business.... they expect the customers to come during working hours... what a stupid shop... 1st and last time here
