I was suggested facial service "Rose Treatment" which cost RM128 over RM68 Collagen Treatment. When asked, staff point out equipment and skincare used are different. However, there's no Rose Treatment on menu or website to reference with. During treatment, service include cleanse-exfoliate-cream mask+face massage-cold peel rose mask, service felt like one mask difference cost me RM60 more which I was hoping more explanation over it.
Overall, suggest Jobelle to upgrade service menu offered for better customer reference.

β β β β β I went for their first trial facial. Mine was RM128, a repairing treatment. The facial itself was very professional and Jane was clearly well seasoned in beauty. Blackheads were removed well and pores were minimised after the treatments. Jane was careful not to hurt my face and didn't press on pimples that would've left a scar.
The place is clean and pleasant, a good impression the moment you walk in. Staff are smiling and helpful. Though, the hard selling can be a bit much.
Overall a good experience and I may consider signing up for a package!
