★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very veryx1000000 bad service in puchong branch on 2/7 send 1 pasel to jb until 9/7 still my customer not receive.... want I call customer service... so dem pass call and ask to wait the staff will fixed back to me but and No one answer until now.. very bad im so angry.......

My parcel has been collected by 27 April, in tracking system show item has been delivered at 28 April, but receiver totally haven't receive my parcel.
I try call to customer service for follow up every day, what the answer I get is "will deliver by that day / will deliver by tomorrow". More then 1 week times now, receiver still haven't receive the parcel.
If parcel haven't deliver, why update on system delivered?
Rubbish service!!
