We can't even find the store even tough we were at the registered address. Called a few 'stores' to confirm location and as expected either no one answer OR the numbers are non existence. FYI, we went to three locations!

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel stuck in Puchong for a week, I only received after two weeks. It's a birthday present, ended up my friend's birthday already passed.
Called the branch several times, no pickup at all.
Now I have another parcel stucked with this branch again. ?
You all eat & sleep only?
