★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read the reviews of this place from Facebook and Google. I thought to myself, "I am doomed, I wont be receiving my parcel anytime soon or never". It came out to be true. They recorded it as lost. Some reviews stated that their parcel was either lost in pile of parcels, opened by the staffs, taken by the staffs, etc. I am VERY disappointed with the management. If you're a staff, you're paid unfairly, DONT TAKE IT OUT ON OTHERS PARCEL! It's not paid using your money, it's our money and our things. Whoever is in charge of the management there should be investigated. ACTUALLY BETTER OFF WITH NO STARS FOR THIS BRANCH. Waited for weeks, then simply recorded as lost due to poor parcel management/ handling. IF the parcel is not actually "lost", SAYA TAK HALALKAN. Blacklist blacklist blacklist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The two front desk Malay ladies are so so so ego and super biadab!
My parcel reached this center for 5 days dy but not moving at all and they said they are busy. My item is super urgent! What attitude is this? I talked properly to them, they scold me back!
Please la Jnt, other company doesn't have this issue at all but this is the third time I have problem with your company! Im even think to avoid online seller that use Jnt in the future. Worst service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel keep on hold due to out of office business hours. My house is at the shop upstairs. The delivery guy didn't call me at all. On hold and in transit 3 days. No inform, no call, no ring door bell. I went to the JnT, morning they said will check and call me, then 7.30pm I go ask again, the workers attitude was so bad and scold me. JnT305 is really really bad. This is not the 1st time I meet this issue!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on 1.40pm, they asked to to wait 2pm only can self collect. I wait till 2pm tepat then they say "Pukul 2 dah tutup, esok baru datang lagi"
This is how J&T staff working, what attitude is that.
(I plan to give No star, but google forced me to giv atleast 1 stupid star)
