★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 3 months of calling me as a previous digi user, I decided to change back to Digi due to an attractive plan offer special for us. BUT you guys send me a DEFAULT sim card, which takes me 2-3 days to solve this problem by walking into your digi store by receiving a bad customer service . After that, the plan that your agent promoted to me seems to mismatch what i have got. Finally i decided to port out DIGI plan even I only used it for 2 weeks. THEN port out rejected. REASON : non-fulfillment of contract obligation.. Call your customer service but they say it SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM TO PORT IN, and ask me to call the service provider that i want to switch to resubmit again. I wonder how messy your system is & it takes FOREVER to do this procedure.CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME TO DO A SMOOTH & EFFECTIVE PORT OUT PROCEDURE ???!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request to activate back my number that just terminates last 2 days, the staff (guy) said must subscribe digi80 something plan for 6months to get back your number. After check from centre, it just need subscribe digi58 for 1month and you can change it to prepaid.
