★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience i received from BA named Zaidi when i was in Mid valley boutique on 22nd Jan 2022. The way he explained about the product was totally mind blowing even though the shop was pack with customers. This is the way it should & the benchmark for other BA’s as well. I give him 10 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by to get dior sauvage early today. Very professional and able to tell the different between each products for EDT, EDP as well as another newly launch which I can't recall. Very proper advice and suggestions. The buying experience is fabulous.

With my sister and girlfriend
We were standing at the door there
And one young girl SA was pushing the door towards us
Without saying any sorry or excuses
She just straight out ignored
I bet she knew we were standing there as we were talking quite loudly discussing which perfume to purchase
We could potentially spend few thousands there but ur SA just made us walk away
And i thought Midvalley shop closing at 10pm
Cuz by that time it was like 9:27pm something
Guess your employee was rushing home
And yes by that time we standing there looking at the perfume
None of your SA from inside bother to serve us as well, they all just super busy
You can do better

Walked in and waited for 10 minutes and their attitude not very good.. all very senior and in fact one senior very free , kept looking for help but everyone busy to entertain other customers as If I'm window shopping. Pavilion branch is far more better. I will not come to this branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a message to reserve angpao packet. I call the boutique but it sounds like the phone got picked up and hung up and it is the same for the 10 times i called. Please allow to reserve online if there are not enough manpower. Also no samples were offered unlike my previous shopping. I should opt to purchase online as i am entitled for samples without asking. Please look into this.

The products he introduced to me are ‘daring’ yet I love it so much. I trusted his taste and turn out I’m wearing colours that never wore before !! Thank you so much , Zaidi ! Keep up the great work. This industry needed a talent person like you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here last 2 weeks to buy makeup set. Bad customer service, and that one sales person (I think she's in her mid 40's, I forgot her name), treat me like im not gonna buy their stuff. Very unfriendly. If you want to buy dior makeup, please please go to other outlet, dont go Midvalley outlet.
