★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am suprise to receive such a nice customer service here. The cashier name nior was very very nice polite smiles a lot!! Please sephora manager give him a raiseeee!!!! The sales girl at fenty beauty corner was also nice and helpful. She help me to find my shade through apps as during pkpp they cannot use the tester. Loving sephora heree!!

The store was nearly empty during that period, and I was searching for my shade back and forth just few steps next to the “GOSIP group” and they choose to ignore me. I dont know why i received this kind of treatment in the store. Which is rude. Very rude. Please improve your customer service, cuz you know there are other brands pr authentic store in Mid Valley too, and they wont treat their customer this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the third Sephora store I visited to find The Inkey List retinol, which were sold out at the previous two I went to. Since it's so popular, how about restocking them more often? Luckily, this store still had five left. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful, even kindly reminded me to update my information on the Sephora app. Thanks to her, my checking out experience was a pleasure. Should've been more attentive to her name so I can give her a shout out here.

She is well acquainted with the brands stocked at Sephora and provided amazing (tried and tested) product recommendations that ended up working out exceptionally for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, with rude and unhelpful sales staff. As a customer, I would assume any salesperson with a staff tag to know about all brands sold in the outlet. I approached a salesperson to enquire about a certain brand and she just dismissed me to find the brand’s salesperson. I even told her that I could not find any attending staff at that particular section but she would not move from her position to find another colleague to assist.
Also most products are out of stock due to the global shortage so it’s a waste of time to try the testers only to find out the products are not even available.
