★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff name Arya super duper rude! Pls educate ur staff if u still want to get ur regular customers back! What face she shown when ppl asking her question? It's like I own her thousands is it? Every staffs are busying serving customers and she's the one stand at there like a wood! No point to have staff like her! How come innisfree wasting money to pay for her to stand there do nothing and not willing to serve customer? I'll not come back this here again as long as she's still working here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promoters are very warm and polite. They can explain everything you need to do without forcing you to buy anything. The shop layout is very pretty and smells nice. Will definitely come again upon my next visit to mid valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like their product and on and off promo and sample but this outlet staff is lack of experience and as loyal customer, I don't feel welcome by them and their standard of service is very low. They just paying attention to ask new customer for signing up but did not give more support for existing Premium customer. When have doubt and ask them for point system, they will answer you very impatiently. Will prefer to go Sunway velocity as their staff are more attentive and friendly.

The counter girl just simply ignored my husband who lined up to pay for the products. What’s with that? Your products are great but if you cannot get employees with good attitude then no one will bother trying your products again. You have lost a customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY POOR SERVICE AND VERY RUDE STAFF. Force me to use their hand sanitizer, otherwise I can’t enter. I am ALLERGIC to regular hand sanitizer with alcohol, my hands will start severely peeling, and becomes red and itchy, but THEY DONT CARE, I explain that I will use my own, and another staff came and told me TO GO OUT. Please train your staffs better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit to this store, and first impressions count. I was greeted by one of their customer service personnel, Mr. Kit, who assisted me right away. He was attentive and friendly in every way. I asked about the pre-launch Green Tea Seed Serum voucher, which he explained it will be applicable from May 1, 2021 onwards for a month. I was amazed when he and another of his colleagues told me that I could reserve this item, and return in the month of May to make the purchase. To top it up, I was truly delighted that they can arrange for this new product to be delivered to my residence. With this, I decided to purchase more products over RM300 in order to qualify for the promotional free carrier bag and 6 mini travel products. Mr. Kit was patient and knowledgeable in helping me decide which products suit me. He even placed the products I pre-ordered into a basket, and made a reservation request. He will also arrange to inform his colleague to reach me via WhatsApp messaging on May 1, 2021 so that I can proceed with the full payment, and delivery details.
Mr. Kit, and the friendly staff of Innisfree Mid Valley Megamall, all of you truly made my day a delightful one. Kudos to all of you, and keep up the great professionalism !!
