★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learrn through play, play through learn! My daughter really enjoy her lesson with the teacher. I am recommending all the parents to give DISCOVERY EARLY YEARS a try and find out how good they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asher (my 5 year old son) and I had a trial session with Teacher Niki and the topic we explored was Imaginary Friend. It was done virtually and despite the physical distance Teacher Niki was very hands-on during the session, making it a fun learning activity for both me and my son. She started with reading a storybook and my son, who is usually easily distracted, actually paid attention and listened to the story, asking questions and showing a lot of interest in it. Later he was asked to create his own imaginary friend with the materials that I prepared based on the list given by teacher Niki (and whatever I could find at home haha). During the making of this friend, Asher and I learnt a few things:
Though I helped him create it, Asher would tell me how he wanted the friend to look, what things he wanted me to add, and where to put them. Teacher Niki encouraged me let him decide and express himself. So I learnt to let go and be a more hands-on parent, guiding him instead of telling him what to do. We learnt to trust each other more. :)
All in all, we enjoyed the session with Teacher Nike and even my 7 year old daughter (who was curious enough to join us :p) commented that Teacher Niki is a very nice teacher. :) The duration was just right (45 minutes), long enough to get your child occupied without making him/ her bored, and we felt "enriched" after the session. We hope to see Teacher Niki again! :)
