The thing is, the only customer they have at that time was a family (they also being grumpy bout the bad service). The food isn't really nice & their bread taste bitter. Klu alasan busy dgn order delivery, then better u close ajalah branch u ni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the friendliest of outlets. Had to wait for someone to serve me at the counter. No greetings. No smiles. Didn't respond to my small talks. Pizza was cooked quickly, although it might be because I was the only customer there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has parking spot but can't parking because delivery motorbike is there. Tried calling the phone no.end up HQ answered and very rudely said they do not handle such issues. There's other car behind my back, no other parking spot and the road is one way. The only way is to go out to main road and need to uturn too far away. End up we didn't get to buy domino's pizza that day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The staff mixed up the order. When approached counter to pick up my order only then they realized they mixed up the order. Store staff (manager I think) was rude and not professional in handling the issue...he never had the courtesy to even apologise and for a matter of fact raised his tone of voice in corresponding with client...not a recommended store to go to...
