3.Staff outside dont have mask on just wearing under their chin and walking around
4.preparing my take away food without mask on some more in front of me
Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone

β β β β β What is wrong US PIZZA??!! Look at that dull and dry, not juicy like my previous order! So disappointing ? used to be my fav pizza brand, but now NO MORE. I really hope management go check your staff.

β β β β β I queue more than 30 minutes!! They not allow to redeem pizza that I bought in Shopee they said their boss not allow!! What the point sell I Shopee and in redeem location also already provide! They use this way to cheat customer go there and buy! Because long queue then no choice to back with ntg

Please change your worker or else your shop will be closed soon.
Note: it was the short hair girl without spec
It is already 10.45am still the door is not open.
WORST PIZZA EVER.

β β β β β I will not recommend to this branch. They have very limited staff. Super slow service. Came in at 12:15pm and been 1pm...still have not gotten our food....45mins waiting and still waiting...probably coming in here have to wait for 1 hour to get our food. Worst super worst service.BAD IDEA TO CHOOSE THIS OUTLET.

β β β β β Had a bad experience here, dinner became supper.
Since friends all recommended this, so I decided to give it a try. Ordered online at 8:24pm and was scheduled to self pick-up at 9pm, but only got my orders at 10:15pm. Waited there for hours and only one malay girl staff in short hair attended to me. The staff attended to me said they're having some problems and need to wait for longer time. I can understand orders maybe a lot since today is Mother's Day. But when I received my orders, it already cold, wasn't hot like fresh from oven, only then knew that my order was done for some time but they just leave in the counter inside, no one brought out. As now we are not allowed to go inside the store and only can wait outside to get order, so we as customer wouldn't know if the order has done until they bring to us. Waited patiently since the people ordered before also still waiting, but I never expected this. And the taste was ways below of my expectation. The only star was for the staff who attended to me. I think this will be my first and the last time.
