โ โ โ โ โ Some Staffs are just slacking off while we waited hours for the food(dine in), some are inexperienced for needing to check our order receipt several times( like they had no idea what we have ordered) , had to inform them each food we ordered thatโs yet served despite we are the ONLY dine in.
The worst ever exp we had at a Pizza Hut res. Canโt believe the bad service lasted this long as the bad review from month ago

โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer services! They yelled at the customers and said "MACAM BABI ITU ORANG". I will definitely not suggesting anyone to buy from this pizza hut. Worst worst worst customer service.

Received a phone call from the staff when i had waited 1.5 hrs for the food. Told me i had to wait another half hour since they only had one driver at the moment and 'I could contact the customer hotline to cancel it if i wanted toโ.
So you were telling me in that 1.5 hrs you were baking my single personal pizza?? You need 1.5 hrs to do that?? And after all that you told me to cancel the order if Iโm done waiting. And guess what? When i finally received my food and took the first bite, yuppp it went cold and the same goes for the rest of them.
Shouldโve checked the previous reviews before placing any order. You guys didnโt get low ratings for nothing.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a pizza online and was told that my pizza is ready at 1.05 pm, i've reach the place at 1.25, went to counter and the cashier asked me what did i order? I told him i ordered online and im here to claim my pizza, and the cashier said yes, what did you order? After i told him my order he only start to prepare my order. Super bad experience to be honest, the staffs are working so slow, i dont think they even bother the online orders. Very very bad service.

โ โ โ โ โ The restaurant is open but all the lights has been turned off including the signboard light with reason to control high volume of order. Lucky got my order ready. And lately no tissue and chilli sauce unless you ask for it.

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, it is the worst pizza hut restaurant I've came across. I wonder who makes the pizza, it's tasteless including the garlic bread and soup. Regretting so much for buying from you'll. If we order online, they always direct us to the nearest branch and we have no choice. But not anymore la! You'll better change your cook/chef or just close down for good.

โ โ โ โ โ Add cheese is like the same. Crust is hard to chew. Even the new crispy crust but soft inside is not even as it says. Toppings are not as generous as in the picture. Usually other Pizza Hut follows as in the picture.

โ โ โ โ โ Below standard, delay more than 30 minute. Pizza is cold and dry, drink is a mess. Compare to equine park Seri Kembangan this branch is very bad on delivery.
