β β β β β My favourite place to hangout. Good coffee, good selection of cakes and desserts. Made a huge mistake recently by ordering via Grabfood. The boba from the pearl milk tea was undercooked, the center was still hard though the milk tea tasted really good. Obviously couldn't return it or had them make another one. Hopefully this is not how they actually make their boba. Cos with RM10, I could've gotten better ones elsewhere.

Bad is environment quite noisy like too many peoples talk, the announcement for take drinks is too loud very like announcement in shopping mall, the chairs like sofa is quite dirty like nobody clear that area

β β β β β The advantage of this Donutes Coffee & Cake Baking cafe compared other competitors is their business operates 24 hours in all years (365 days). There is spacious, relaxing and enjoyable dining environment with variety of breads, cakes, desserts and drinks such as coffees, teas and smoothies but the price is a bit pricey.

β β β β β Been wanting to try their pastries/bakeries. Cozy place and such a suitable place for afternoon tea. Place is cool and relaxing, unlike the Starbucks across the street where all the male workers talk in loud voice. The workers here are so nice and respectful too.
I bought the original donut (sugar coated) and brown sugar au lait. Donut was so soft and fluffy not too sweet either. I just had a full meal and I ate it all because itβs so light.
The au lait has no brown sugar taste at all, just milk, probably gonna pass that next time and try other drink. Overall, Iβd come to this place again to relax and try their other pastries.

β β β β β Price are keeping high but the quality of food and beverage become low. I order a Donutes coffee that make me speechless, no coffee taste, no different with normal latte. With this price better go buy Starbucks coffee. Hope management can improve their quality of product. Please donβt let customer disappointed again and again. In addition, the Malay female staff very friendly, responsible.
