★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mains are okay. The salted egg pasta a bit too spicy. Pastries are fine. The waiters are quite rude though, put down drinks without looking at the table and almost spilled on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth it. Aglio olio doesn't taste like olio. Only taste of oil and salt.Even klcc food court olio is better than this.dissapointing..service is sub par. Supervisor was nice.After we have complained over the olio quality, she offered to replace the meals. However, the olio were just slightly better. The supervisor offered free cake as a token of apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt get to taste the pastry cause they were all sold out. The pasta tastes so so for its price. Its very crowded during the weekends and each table has time allocation because lots of people are queuing outside. Its better to opt for takeaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here for their desserts and their pastries. The food from their main menu was just ok, how unfortunate. Nicely presented but the taste just missed the mark. Their pastries however are really good. I would recommend spending your tea time here and select from a variety of mouth watering pastries and cakes. You can have a proper lunch or dinner at somewhere else.
5 stars for the pastries and cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and poor food quality. staff not attentive at all. ordered a chicken avocado sandwich, it taste weird & the avocado is not fresh already turn brown. soggy fries. foods are all not hot enough it seems like not freshly cooked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike its name. It got limited pastries when I went there and the coffee that I ordered (flat white as always) is average.
However, the burger that I got was big and juicy (but sadly got rocket leaves instead of lettuce), and the bun though soft is on the sweeter side for me.
The fish and chips' tartar sauce was good (I believe they put some dill in it).
The oreo shake is certainly not a shake but a frappe (full of ice instead of ice cream).
Overall, the service was pleasant but the food could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews about the service here are not unfounded. Was here in the evening during fasting month so it was pretty much empty. From the moment you step in, zero enthusiasm given. A piece of paper with bar code is unceremoniously placed on table for you to order. ( this was not verbally inform so if you haven't been dining out lately you may be clueless on how to order). Flat white was below average. Doughnuts look great but taste dry and was served cold. This is my first time trying out Dotty's after hearing raving review about their pastries and it's safe to say i won't be back.
