★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for LASIK surgery, doctor said I can use my eye power to the max and it wont have any issue. Turn out after 6 months without wearing glasses, I noticed my vision began to drop. Went back for two times of consultation with this doctor again, the doctor did not provide good explaination, in fact pretends to be busy attending other customers to avoid me. This doctor is more of a money-minded doctor rather than someone who serves patients sincerely. Not recommending this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr Chan due to swollen eyelids today. The nurse conducted an alphabetical test before seeing the Dr. Later after seeing the Dr, I was asked to do more eye tests which I was reluctant to do so. The reason was because I had this test done not too long ago. The Dr was unhappy about it and told me that he couldn't treat me if I refused further test. Then I was asked to sign a letter because of my refusal to do eye test and that I would not hold him responsible for anything. I refused to sign. After some hesitation, he decided to give me some eye drops and treated it as allergy. The consultation fee was exorbitantly high. I had a bad day. If you're looking for a good caring Dr, he is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

He did a fantastic job and always highly professional, attentive and sincere throughout the care. I'm so lucky to have found Dr Chan. Many thanks to him and his nurses.
