★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m currently undergoing pico + subcission + prp treatment here and I’ve definitely noticed the improvements.. however it’s going to take a while (more sessions + various treatments) for my skin to clear up completely since I have really bad acne scarring, but I have faith in the doctors here and the service they provide. I love Dr.Neo, she’s super patient and explains things to me with such clarity.. she’s very gentle during the subcission treatment and never fails to make me feel secure.
What I don’t like is the pushy beauticians, always guilt tripping me about my skin condition and trying to force me to purchase more treatments. i mean if I had all the money in the world, I definitely would but not everyone can drop 3-5k just like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulted with Dr. Iqa, she's very warm and friendly and easy to communicate with. Explain very detail about all the procedure and gives honest opinion on which treatment suits your skin rather than throwing all-on-the-plate just for selling purposes. The environment of the clinic is clean. I did the pico laser + yellow laser + pdrn + baby facial. The procedure doesn't hurt your skin so much and currently waiting for my downtime to subside so can't review much about the skin outcome. 4stars because the male sale person was a bit pushy asking me to buy another package. Overall experience was very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a five-session package with them for RM3800 (yellow laser, carbon/whitening laser and facial) plus additional cost on pills for hormonal acne. It was really worth it. My skin cleared up really fast and I was able to see results a few weeks after the first session (no hormonal acne, less oily skin and skin brightened up). It’s expensive but more worth it than purchasing products and beauty facials prescribed by non-certified health professionals. After the five sessions, I stopped my treatments for around six months as I wanted to see what would happen if I don’t do the treatments anymore. After three to four months, my skin started to become oily again (but not as much as before) and I only had ocassional, small hormonal acne that doesn’t leave scars. Then I went back to do one session of facial and yellow laser (a la carte) the acne was definitely mostly gone (extraction didn’t take a lot of time) so I am VERY happy with the results and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to achieve healthy skin.
Definitely recommend to purchase the package instead of going on single sessions. The one session I went cost RM1000+ and five-session cost RM3000+ so the package is cheaper and more worth it. If you’re thinking of doing any type of laser, don’t do one session only even if you’re getting trial price because you will only see significant improvement to your skin after three sessions.
Gave 4 stars because I think the customer service part can definitely improve. I saw a couple of doctors there during my time, and most of them seem to like don’t really want to answer your questions and just want to get the treatment done and go. Dr Joey was amazing. She gave a lot of helpful tips and advise and was happy to answer my questions. The beauticians who do your facial can be quite hard selling, and I was quite uncomfortable with two beauticians who kept pushing me to buy products and write review right there and then. But the one I saw during my recent trip was more tolerant and she makes effort to get to know your skin condition and wishlist first before recommending you anything.
Aside from that, the treatment DOES work and is effective (fast result and long term) so 4 stars! Keep up the good work. Will visit again for facial and laser when I’m in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I have done here so far: Pico Laser 3 times and my pores became smaller but It didn't work for my laugh lines. HA treatment may be more effective, I guess... secondly tried HIFU. It wasn't painful and the procedure was so quick. It's said that it takes three weeks until you can see the difference, so I'm still awaiting. Update: After this, I've got more information to add. HIFU- I couldn't tell the difference between before and after. The result might be better doing a few more times. But It costs a lot so I thought it's not worth. I've done baby facial 4 times with promotion. You can see the result immediately. My skin was tone up and it works blackhead on my nose as well. I continue to have this treatment with promotion.

Update: did their first trial for carbon laser, was good for me.
The antibiotics and medication creams was quite effective.

The environment was clean, comfortable and theres free customer parking too. They do have promo every month so do come by for a free consultation. :)
