★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insurance patients are welcome and Dr Kelvin will assist with the insurance application as required. However, he will not make false claims or lie to insurance companies as that would be committing fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kelvin is a very attentive and patient doctor. He goes for extra mile in explaining every details during consultation and even provide his phone number so that I can WhatsApp him if I have any questions. However, do take note that he is not willing to deal with insurance company at all. So if you are not claiming insurance and ready to fork out own medical expenses, you may seek for his treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Dr Kelvin is kind and good doctor. Accompanied my wife for consultation and he was very patient in explaining and provided information.
But he was not being very upfront regarding to insurance claiming. In the beginning he was telling us if we to proceed with insurance claim, just let him know what is required from his end to facilitate the process.
However the following day we started having issues with Dr Kelvin regarding insurance claim. As we further asked was informed by him that he do not deal with insurance claim (GL or even pay&claim) and he request us to consult other doctors.
In short, Dr Kelvin is a good doctor but should have been upfront that he don’t deal with insurance claiming.
