He listened with great attention and without judgements. He thoroughly understands my needs and prescribes the solutions accordingly. Affordable price for what Dr Goh and his team provides therefore I am glad I found McKay Clinic. Keep up the good work, our community thanks you for it.

β β β β β I am having a very bad acne scars and pigmentation and been searching for a reliable clinic to treat my problem. One day I saw McKay clinicβs IG and decided to give a visit. The rest as people say is history. Dr Goh YC is very attentive and meticulous. He suggested the most suitable treatment for my skin and let me decide. To my suprise the price here is reasonable and affordable. I ended up signing-up several packages and am now a frequent visitor to the clinic. Very happy with the results so far. By the way the staff are very friendly too. Keep up the good job guys. Thanks for the great service.

β β β β β I got to know about the clinic by chance and have been meaning to get the treatment offered by the clinic. It was very easy to make an appointment with the clinic via very responsive team. Dr. Goh is a great doctor by getting the patient settled down and opened up about the history. I was at eased explaining my background which allowed him to offer best solutions for me.
The nurses also were great in handling the patient throughout my visit.
I highly recommend you to come and meet the team for your aesthetic needs

β β β β β I was really happy with my visit. The clinic has good ambiance and relaxing music playing at the background. Nurses are helpful and attentive. Most importantly, consultation with Dr Goh was great. He provides good advice and help me better understand my personal medical/aesthetic needs.

β β β β β I email and whatsapp to follow up on my blood test and request official receipt but still no response. Begin to suspect them as scammer. Will make a report to tribunal. Because I have no idea the details I was charged for RM220 and what they did to my blood

β β β β β Very professional services provided by the doctor and the staff. Had my medical check up and treatment from the clinic, Dr Goh was very patient and he was able to understand my issue. In addition, he provided extra services of educated me with his professional knowledge about my health issue. The services provided is affordable with high class facilities and environment, doctor will give a few option for us to choose, compare and consider, it makes you way more comfortable as you are paying what you chose and in return with excellent services !
Just tried their TCM services as well, very detailed and Liam was able to identify what causes the stiffness of the muscle and given me treatment that you can instantly felt the muscle loosen.
Great experience with the clinic ! :)

β β β β β I signed up for package treatments with them but no one is responding to my messages on WhatsApp and on their social media accounts. I went there 2 weeks ago for a scheduled and confirmed (already paid) treatment but it turned out that the clinic was closed. I asked for a reschedule but no response.

β β β β β Honestly, Iβve never waited so long for the counter person to take an hour to find details of my records for the package I signed and this is on top of already making an appointment via WhatsApp. It then took another hour for them to actually provide me with the assistance that I need so all in all I was waiting for 2 hours at the clinic.
Totally would not recommend this place as it is such a WASTE of time. Best part is? I was the only customer in the clinic during this entire wait. Wanna pay for services here? Think again.
