★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A waste of my time and effort. He advertised on his Pantai website that he can see "first time" patient using online eHEALTH. Before online payment, I even phoned his clinic to confirm,. After payment, on that day, Dr Sng said I needed to be visit him in person. I then asked for my refund. A waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time visiting. You stand a better chance with other neurologist. Poor accessment of patient with little to no compassion. Didn't even give a proper diagnosis. Didn't even prescribe pain management medication. Talks in condescending manner. Nurse was friendly and helpful. Perhaps this doctor can learn from her. Doesn't even deserve 1 star to be honest. Total waste of time and money. No wonder its easy to get an appointment here.
