I like that we are able to schedule delivery time, and any help needed (change of delivery time/contact number/address) is just a call away with the friendly and helpful customer service agent. If they provide almost similar pricing to supermarket all the time, I will definitely order from Drinkies every time. Oh, not to forget the occasional free gifts with purchase.

Only downside is the user-friendliness of the website and APP which could be better. However, the customer service has made it up by responding and fulfilling my requests.
Will definitely repurchase!

You can order the same day and even in advance.
Been supportive them for a while and so far never a disappointed. Even once need to sudden change the delivery address their team assist it without any hassle.

So that i’m able to ensure that there will be someone picking it up or sometimes guessing what and when the parcel will arrive. BONUS: Beer carton received in CHILLED condition ?.

Delivery time might not be very accurate but is responsive on WhatsApp. Price is subjective, could be higher depending on whether you manage to survey for cheaper price but overall it's acceptable as this is delivered to your doorstep.
Will order again if required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone app and website ordering can be frustrating at times but the WhatsApp support is great and always helpful, even late at night. Delivery is punctual and goods are always in top top shape.
I have been a regular user of the Drinkies service, significantly through the lock downs, and am most grateful for having this service available to me.
No more concerns about counterfeit spirits.
Prices do vary and very good deals do come around every now and then.
Once the apps get properly sorted out 5 ?for sure ..??
