★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for vegetarian. You can customise your own burger if you don't eat onions and other stuffs. The meatless patty was great! The only issue is the potato fries were too salty. Hope they will take note in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop by to have a good meal with them, but with dismay that they only allow take away while the whole place is still empty and generally 45mins away from closing time, so forth for the high nose attitude to greet your customer “ we only do takeaway now” and sat right back at the chair without further elaboration. Much appreciated reasoning when you have customers coming to you and this is how you treat them? Kudoos flip burger in Queensbay mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really glad they provide meatless options for Vegetarians.
They have a lot of sides you don't usually find at fast food joints, such as Sweet Potato Fries and Mozzarella sticks.
They also have a wide variety of choices for sauces and bottomless drinks. (Spicy mayo, honey mustard)
The mushroom Patty tastes really good, pretty convincing to be honest, almost thought they messed up the order.
10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had their BFF bundle, came with Japanese Wafu salad for the first time. Both burger and salad tasted quite good. It's a good alternative to Spade's because they offer pork burgers as well. Will try other options on their menu next time. Recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can juat order to their website and pick up will be another option besides you can order through grabfood. The burger is good and worth the price for a premium quality burger. Try the lamby that is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no customer when we arrived. Waited for few minutes at the cashier/counter wanted to order but the only worker there doesn't even acknowledge us (minding his own busy work). A lady from the kitchen came out (not even having the effort to come to the counter) and said need to wait for 45-1 hour to have the meal there (I guess maybe there are a lot of orders for delivery). No apologies are given though as if they rather we go away so that they will have less work. So we ended up eating other place. Too bad couldn't try it.
Would recommend the owner to take a look at this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the top floor of Queensbay Mall, this burger shop is quite small. I ordered their Flip Burger set with pork patty and hash browns and a drink. It's quite expensive but worth trying. It's similar to Spade's Burger. The establishment is non halal as they serve pork. Would be great if there's free beverage refills. The burger itself is huge and tasty too! Currently they only have two franchises, hope they would open more in the future.
